Raw Spirit currently ships supplements within Australia only.

Supplements

Dispatch for supplement orders generally occurs within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase. Dispatch and delivery timeframes may be affected by weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, carrier delays, weather events, and other factors outside our control.

Raw Spirit is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier disruptions, natural events, or third-party delivery transfers.

Raw Meals and Crunchy Treats

Our raw meals and crunchy treats are currently available only through our approved access program and are offered on a limited-service basis while we continue to grow and refine our operations.

At this stage, delivery is available only to approved customers located within serviceable areas in and around Geelong, Melbourne, and selected surrounding suburbs. Availability may change at any time depending on demand, sourcing, production capacity, delivery capacity, and operational constraints.

Orders for these products are generally fulfilled on a fortnightly delivery cycle. Unless otherwise advised, the usual order cut-off is Tuesday of the delivery week, with delivery targeted for Saturday morning of that same week. These timeframes are indicative only and may change without notice.

Because these products are produced and distributed within a developing supply chain, all raw meal and crunchy treat deliveries are provided on a best-efforts basis. Raw Spirit does not guarantee availability, exact delivery windows, uninterrupted supply, or servicing of every requested suburb or order. We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, limit, or decline orders where necessary for operational, safety, product quality, or logistical reasons.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive perishable goods where required. Raw Spirit is not liable for loss, spoilage, damage, or reduced product quality where delivery is unsuccessful, delayed due to inaccurate customer information, or where goods are left unattended contrary to our delivery instructions.

Changes to shipping zones and schedules

We may update our shipping zones, delivery schedules, order cut-off times, and service conditions from time to time as the business evolves.
