Some products are available only to approved customers in serviceable areas and may be subject to access controls, rollout limitations, and operational constraints.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Supplements, raw meals, and crunchy treats may be subject to different fulfilment arrangements. Raw meals and selected treats are offered on a best-efforts basis within approved service areas and according to current operational capacity.

Consultations provide nutritional guidance and practical feeding support only. They do not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
